Here's my Story
Hello. My name is Jean-Marie Milford and for many years I worked in healthcare administration where organization, documentation, coordination, and attention to detail were critical every day.
But it was after the loss of my mother that I truly understood how overwhelming the administrative side of death can be for families.
While helping settle her estate, I spent months coordinating with attorneys, accountants, financial institutions, insurance companies, and service providers while trying to manage paperwork, deadlines, notifications, and countless unexpected tasks. Even with my professional background, the process was emotionally and mentally exhausting.
I realized many families are left trying to navigate complicated administrative responsibilities while grieving - often without enough guidance or organizational support.
I created this service to help families stay organized, reduce stress, and feel less alone during the estate settlement process.
